.. Urge Nigerians To Disregard Chidi Ibe, Okechukwu Isiguzo, Others

Ohanaeze Youths Council, (OYC) the apex youth body of the Igbo Race has charged the public to disregard any information coming from disdain group led by Mr Chidi Ibe, Mr Okechukwu Isiguzo, Okwu Nnabuife and Co.

This is following a recent publication in Sunday Guardians online news, April 23, 2022, with the caption” 2023 Presidency Ohanaeze drums Support For Amaechi And Wike” stating that Ohanaeze Ndigbo Worldwide has broadened the search for Nigeria president of Igbo extraction beyond the scope of Southeast Zone to include their own South-South”

Reacting to the falsified information by “hungry and misguided political jobbers”, the Council, through a release signed by the National President, Comrd. Igboayaka O. Igboayaka sternly warned Mr Chidi Ibe, Okechukwu Isiguzo Okwu Nnabuife and Co to desist from making caricatures of themselves in public, adding, “with the motive of searching for Greener pastures in the pockets of corrupt politicians, especially in the 2023 generation election.”

The statement read in detail:
“I, on behalf of OYC, urge Chidi Ibe Okechukwu Isiguzo Okwu Nnabuife and Co to present them for employment in Ohanaeze Ndigbo Worldwide led Prof. George Obiozor to earn a good living than looking for politicians to praise just to make money.

“It’s obvious that Chidi Ibe Okechukwu Isiguzo Okwu Nnabuife and Co who are disturbing the general public with garbage of information in the name of Ohanaeze Ndigbo is a product of the selfish motive of Rochas Okorocha who felt that Prof. George Obiozor wouldn’t endorse his 2023 presidential ambition.

“Ndigbo are seriously working for Nigeria president of Southeast extraction, not Igbo extraction. According to the Geo-political and empirical evidence, Ndigbo by state creation were carved into 15 States in Nigeria, in Southeast, South-South, Southwest and North Central. Ndigbo by the state of Origin are found in Imo, Abia, Anambra, Enugu, Ebonyi, Delta, Rivers, Cross River, Bayelsa, Edo, Akwa Ibom, Kogi, Benue, Taraba and Ogun state”, Igboayaka recounted.

Continuing, he said: Mr. Chidi Ibe, Mr. Okechukwu Isiguzo, Mr. Okwu Nnabuife and Co are poor students of political history. If their poor claim for Nigeria’s president of Igbo extraction is a thing to go with, they should include Igbos in Taraba, Kogi and Benue. But it is obvious that their call for Nigeria’s president of Igbo extraction involving Amaechi and Wike presents them as indisputable political jobbers whose bent on luring Governor Amaechi Chibuike and Governor Nyesom Wike to fund their dubious organization.

“I was reliable informed that Senator Rochas Okorocha who created this Chidi Ibe Okechukwu Isiguzo Okwu Nnabuife Ohanaeze Ndigbo has abandoned them, and this is why disgruntled political elements and profiteers want to feed on Chibuike Amaechi and Nyesom Wike to survive”, Igboayaka state.

Furthermore, Igboayaka noted emphatically that the demand for a rotational Nigerian presidency should rotate among the Six geo-political zones in Nigeria and not to be determined by Tribe or Ethnicity.

Adding, he said: “Therefore, it’s a natural and moral obligation for Nyesom Wike and Chibuike Amaechi to honourably step down and support their Igbo Presidential Aspirants from South-east geo-political Zone” for the sake of Fairness, Justice and Equity, to promote National Unity, Igboayaka advised.
