The signature secretary of Peoples’ Democratic Party PDP, Senator Samuel Anyanwu (Sam-Daddy) has assured his party members of winning the upcoming 2023 elections at both the Presidency and State level having seen on ground evidential prooves of the failed governance being propagated by the All Progressive Congress APC party.
Senator Anyanwu while speaking to our correspodent in Owerri, maintained that the pattern of Government APC has established since 2015 till date has shown that the party has nothing much to offer to NIGERIANs mostly at this time many countries of the world are upgrading in every facet of leadership to improve the people.
Following the trend of events in the state and perhaps at the federal level, the masses are saying that PDP is prepared and ready to take over Government again.
Meanwhile, the reason for the arrival of senator Anyanwu to his country home Amaigbo Ikeduru Imo state is to bring back all party faithful who have left PDP for one reason or the other and to extend hands of fellowship to all and sundry as the Christmas and New Year celebrations last.
The Senator however stated that he has come home for the Christmas celebration to unite PDP membership and to hold meetings with party stakeholders to strategize to tackle APC headon to win the 2023 Election.
In his words, “APC Government are not doing well and PDP is ready to take over to better the system.
“It is blackmail and propaganda that brought APC to power in 2015 and this time around facts and figures of their failure will grant PDP the stand to better the country from 2023.
He further pointed out the importance roles of Media in reshaping the Government and educating the public range and called on Government to respect the sanctity of the practice of Journalism across the states of the Federation.
“The world today is on social media. The media has been doing well and must be charged to do more in investigative reportage than mere propaganda.
As a media friendly senator, Anyanwu has promised to make out time to meet with the Journalists to keep them abreast of the latest development in the polity.
He added that PDP has set in place, People Democratic Institute under his watch targetted at advocacy and training of media practitioners and future leaders.
Since he came back on the 25-12-2021, SENATOR ANYANWU said he has not rested from series of consultations and meetings to better Imo state and NIGERIA through the upcoming polls.
PDP has set up across board the party template to win the 2023 Elections having the creme of Personalities in the party executive where a 25 year youthfulness is elected as PDP National youth leader likewise other good heads in the leadership position.
He however assured Imolites and Nigerian electorates of PDP readiness to reclaim the Government in 2023 having witnessed untold hardship from APC led administration.
