Abia North Senator, Orji Uzor Kalu, has declared that he is ready to die to ensure victory for the All Progressives Congress, APC.
The former governor disclosed this while addressing journalists at his country home in Igbere, Abia State.
Kalu said he and other APC loyalists will work hard to deliver the State to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the party.
“APC is strong in Abia, like I said in my interview, I am ready to lay down my life for the party. I am a member of the party and a strong one at that. I am APC to the core. That’s why APC is strong in Abia North.
“Our party will work hard to deliver the President in the state. We had done it in the past, and we will do it again in 2027”.
The Senator said President Tinubu’s achievements in the past two years were enough to gain the support of Nigerians.
Kalu, a former Chief Whip of the Senate, said Tinubu deserved to be supported by Nigerians because of his achievements in the last two years.
The President’s re-election, according to him, will enable him to complete his laudable projects in the country, especially in the Southeast region.
He expressed confidence that the nation’s economy would bounce back because President Tinubu is working hard to make the Naira regain its value.
