A 32 year old marketing staff of Globus Bank, known as Amarachi Ugochukwu, was found dead at its branch in Ikorodu, Lagos on Monday.

Preliminary report says Miss Ugochukwu committed suicide in the bank toilet.

According to the source, the late Ugochukwu’s lifeless body and a bottle of Sniper insecticide were found in the staff toilet of the branch during the search for her whereabouts after she was discovered missing from her desk.

“She had left her phone on her table, and the phone kept ringing without answer. As a result, her colleagues started looking for her in the cause of searching for her.

One of the office toilet doors was noticed to have been locked from behind and was forcefully opened, and behold was her motionless body with an empty medium-sized Snipper bottle suspected to have been taken by her,” a source informed.

Upon sighting her on the floor of the toilet, the management of the branch immediately called a medical doctor who confirmed her dead.

However, the matter has been reported to the police in Ikorodu, and an investigation into the incident is said to have commenced immediately.

Also, it was gathered that the police have removed the corpse and deposited it at Ikorodu General Hospital for autopsy
