A prominent Nigerian politician and member of the New Nigerian Peoples Party, NNPP, Olusegun Bamgbose has revealed that Atiku Abubakar and Uche Secondus will join the ruling All Progressives Congress ahead of the 2023 presidential election.

Atiku was a former Presidential candidate under the Peoples Democratic Party while Secondus is party’s current national chairman.

Bamgbose claimed that Abubakar and Secondus have become helpless with the current exodus from the PDP and may have no choice but join the bandwagon soon.

He noted that this was an era of defections, of which the APC has been the greatest beneficiary with the big wigs from PDP and other parties joining the ruling party.

Recall that a former governorship aspirant in Abia State, Alex Oti recently moved from the All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA to APC.

Also, Iyiola Omisore, former Deputy Governor of Osun State, moved from the Social Democratic Party, SDP, to the APC
