ABUJA (9NEWS NIGERIA) – Hon. Engr. Chris Emeka Azubogu representing Nnewi North/Nnewi South /Ekwusigo Federal Constituency has today declared his intention to join the Anambra 2021 Guber race under the People’s Democratic Party.
Engr Chris said that it became imminent that he joined the race in order to drive growth and development of Anambra State if he becomes the next governor of Anambra state.
The parliamentarian who is one of the PDP party’s stalwarts took to his official twitter handle to say that he was at the PDP @OfficialPDPNig party secretariat earlier today to pick his nomination & EOI forms for Anambra Guber.
He also added that he will be running in order to drive growth and development of the State.
Hon. Chris Azubogu had earlier today tweeted that he would be at PDP Headquarters, Wadata House Abuja, later in the day to pick the expression of interest and nomination forms to run for November 6 Anambra State Governorship election.
“It is an aspiration that is anchored on the drive for growth and development of our state,” he said.
