WE WILL NOT HONOUR THE 13TH SEPTEMBER 2021 SIT-AT-HOME ORDER!
OFFICE OF THE NATIONAL PRESIDENT, NATIONAL UNION OF IMO STATE STUDENTS (NUISS)-8th REPUBLIC INSISTS
Following the receipt of over 87 mails on our NUISS Online Web Report Desk from Imo state students schooling in different secondary schools and colleges within Imo state, drawing our attention to a “Monday sit-at-home rumour”, we wish to state that Imo students of senior secondary three class levels (SS 3) are still taking their West African Examinations and as such have papers to sit for on Monday, 13th September 2021 and therefore will not abide by any order that abates disenfranchisement.
The National Union of Imo state students (NUISS) having gotten a “no shaking node” from our National Grand Patron and Governor; Sen. Hope Uzodinma urge all Imo students sitting for the WAEC examination to go about their academic businesses as security is reliable endo-distant to guarantee the safety of all.
While thanking the security agencies in Imo state for manifest orderliness and relative peace in our environs, we urge them to establish the Police-Students Relations Committee (PSRC) for better intelligence gathering and progressive partnership. We urge the security agents to be at their best tomorrow for the safety of Imolites especially Imo students.
Aluta Continua! Victoria Ascerta!!
This information came from the OFFICE OF THE NATIONAL PRESIDENT
NATIONAL UNION OF IMO STATE STUDENTS (NUISS)-8th REPUBLIC
