Federal High Court sitting in Abuja has sacked Tochukwu Okorie as the chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Ebonyi State.
9news Nigeria gathered that Joseph Onu Silas had earlier asked the court for a redress following the outcome of the PDP Chairman election, which declared Okorie as the winner.
After the ruling in the court, Justice A. Abubakar on Wednesday granted all the four reliefs prayed by the plaintiff.
However, Justice A. Abubakar handed over the leadership of the party to Silas.
