Lagos Appeal Court Dismisses PDP Petition For Lack Of Merit, Incompetence As Onyemaechi Wins

A Court of Appeal sitting in Lagos state Nigeria has today Thursday struck out a case filled in against Kanayo Onyemaechi, the Majority Leader IMHA for incompetence and lack of merit.

The Majority Leader IMHA Rt Hon Kanayo Onyemaechi has again shutdown his political rivals by the recent declaration of his winning at the appeal court sitting in Lagos state Nigeria.

Onyemaechi’s wining came few weeks his rival took the matter to a higher court after he won at a Jigawa high court .

This victory has brought cheering moment in the entire Owerri West and Imo state at large at a breaking of this News by 9News Nigeria.

Meanwhile, Majority Leader Onyemaechi few days ago was returned as a back-to-back Chairman committee on lands and OCDA in the 10th House IMHA.

It is no longer a hearsay to the opposition that his election victory that brought his second term bid as the majority Leader IMHA was a clear winning.

He won all the virtually all the ten electoral wards at the time of his house of Assembly election as declared by the resident electoral officer.

Again on Thursday, an Appeal Court sitting in Lagos Nigeria has announced him the authentic winner of the IMHA election for Owerri West constituency and at same time struck out the PDP candidate’s case by lack of merit.
