Amidst countless back and forth verbal battles, Davido’s Logistics Manager, Israel Afeare, popularly known as Israel DMW, has revealed that his estranged wife, Sheila’s parents “compelled” him to share the money sprayed at their wedding with them, insisting that it was basic practice as she was married a virgin.

Israel DMW and Sheila got married on Thursday, October 20, 2022, at a traditional ceremony held in Benin City.

Israel DMW shared a screenshot of a bank transfer receipt via his Instagram page where he wrote, “The receipt of N1m, part of money sprayed at the wedding. Sheila’s parents held my neck to share with them since their daughter is a virgin. They also compelled me to buy her iPhone 14 Promax N1.2m, she’s using.”

This revelation came after Sheila denied allegations that she dumped their marriage, citing her motive as selfish and categorizing her and her family “gold diggers”.

However, Sheila stressed that she left the marriage because of domestic violence.

According to her, She is from a well-to-do family, adding that her dad and former Edo State governor, Adams Oshiomhole are “first cousins”.

Earlier, Sheila had on Friday raised the alarm that her life and that of her family members were in danger, alleging that Israel invaded her mother’s shop with hoodlums to attack her mum.

“If anything happens to me or any member of my family, @IsraelDMW should be held responsible.

“Going to my mum’s shop to beat her up? You wan kill pikin, kill mama join?

‘This isn’t even something to be quiet about at this point.” She wrote via her Instagram account.
