The Nigeria Youths for Atiku (NYFA) has endorsed former President Atiku Abubakar as the ideal candidate for the 2027 Presidential election.
The group asserted that Atiku is the only leader capable of challenging and defeating the APC-led government.
In a statement release on Sunday by its Director of Publicity, Mr Dare Dada, the NYFA emphasized Atiku’s potential to transform the nation.
“The call is premised on the belief that he remains the only candidate who can wrestle power from the APC-led government.”
“Atiku Abubakar is non -tribalized Nigerian, who strongly believes in the unity of our country”, Dada stated.
NYFA expressed confidence that Atiku’s Presidency would end the current economic challenges and promote prosperity.
“His reign as President will bring to an end the economic hardship bedeviling the country”, Dada added.
The statement also reiterated the need for more decentralized governance.
“Atiku believes in devolving more powers to states and local governments as the current centralized structure is not conducive to Nigeria’s prosperity”, Dada said.
Praising Atiku’s extensive experience both in private and public sectors, the group urged Nigerians to support his candidacy.
“We have earlier called on the former Vice -President to run for the exalted office in 2027. His leadership will usher in much-needed change and stability”, Dada concluded.
