Former Attorney-General and Commissioner for Justice in Nasarawa State, Abdulkarim Abubakar Kana and 86 other legal practitioners have been elevated to the rank of the Senior Advocates of Nigeria (SAN).
At the 164th Plenary Session of the Legal Practitioners’ Privileges Committee, LPPC, held on Thursday in Abuja, the legal practitioners were awarded the rank as a mark of excellence and for having distinguished themselves as Advocates and Academics.
The new appointees will be sworn-in in a ceremony on Monday September 30th, 2024.
Kana, is currently the National Legal Adviser of the governing All Progressives Congress, APC.
