The Plateau State Governor, Barrister Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang, has sworn in Mr Stephen Gadong as the new acting Head of Service, Chairperson Plateau State Pension Board, Barrister Rauta Dakok, Permanent Secretaries, Special Advisers and other appointees.
9News Nigeria correspodent reports that the swearing-in ceremony took place at the new Government House Jos, where the new appointees took their oaths of allegiance and oath of office.
Governor Mutfwang who congratulated the new public servants urges them to be of good conduct as they uphold the right attitude in discharging their duties by keeping accurate records of dealings in their various units.
In response, Mr Gadong appreciates the State Government for the previledge to serve, pledging to work hard and also be honest in his duties, maintaining that a new dawn has come into the civil service sector.
The Special Advisers were assigned portfolios with Engineer Jurbe Godeb, being the Technical Adviser, Water Management, Nuhu Chayi, Sustainable Technology and Carbon Credit, O. J. Afwangs, Budgeting among others.
