64th Independence Day: Federal House of Representatives Member urges patriotism and cooperation

The Member of the Federal House of Representatives representing Obowo, Ihitte Uboma, and Ehime Mbano constituency, Chike Okafor has congratulated Nigerians on the occasion of the country’s 64th Independence Day, calling for continued patriotism and cooperation with the current administration.

In his message, the lawmaker urged citizens to remain steadfast during the nation’s challenges and to support efforts aimed at achieving national development.

“As we mark 64 years of our nation’s independence, I encourage every Nigerian to remain patriotic and steadfast in their commitment to the growth and stability of our country. Let us stand united and cooperate with the current administration as it works to address the challenges facing our great nation,” he said.

He also extended his congratulations to the people of Imo State, expressing gratitude for their role in ensuring a successful election. 

Okafor praised their active participation in the democratic process and emphasized the importance of continued collaboration between government officials and the electorate.

“To the people of Imo State, I offer my heartfelt thanks for your dedication during the recent elections. Your participation has been vital in shaping our future, and I remain committed to serving your interests with integrity and diligence,” he added.
