The Owerri West Legislator and Majority Leader, Imo House of Assembly IMHA, Chief Kanayo Onyemaechi has received a preditigous award from Federal Polytechnic Nekede (FPNO), Owerri Imo State Nigeria.
The recognition tagged, Best Legislative Award Of The Year” was Conferred on Chief Onyemaechi by the Federal Polytechnic Nekede Wednesday at the 500 capacity Hall, school of business and management tech.
Kanayo Onyemaechi has restored unity and stability amongst his co- Honourable members and has represented Owerri West and the state efficiently and excellently as reported.
Recall that Chief Kanayo Onyemaechi is a back-to-back legislator, a record he has established and effectively maintained through his unwavering efforts and legislative prowess, as 9News Nigeria investigative report reveals.
Receiving the award On his behalf, Media aide Onyenwe, told the students that Rt Hon Kanayo Onyemaechi has served in various Legislative capacities where he proved his unwavering competence, doggedness and diligence and dedication in both 9th and 10th House IMHA.
Onyenwe added that Chief Onyemaechi has served uninterruptedly in both 9th and 10th House IMHA wherein his records have remained unassailable till date. Kanayo Onyemaechi has also supported students education through his assistance and support policy across boards.
Onyenwe further told the students all the participants at the event, of the majority Leader’s impact on students empowerment and community based service delivery while encouraging ESPA and the entire Nigerian students to take their studies very seriously.
Best Legislative Personality Award of the year, conferred on Hon Kanayo Onyemaechi is a testament of his legislative prowess, stabilizing ability, empowerment policy and numerous human faced ‘Motions cum Bills’ sponsored and co-sponsored in IMHA.
In reaction, the Nigerian students ESPA FEDPONEK, appreciated IMHA and the Majority Leader’s uniting capacity among his Honourable colleagues. Onyemaechi’s encouraging relationship with the students has deemed it fit to Honour Kanayo Onyemaechi, “BEST LEGISLATOR OF THE YEAR”
The event featured reasonable award recipients and distinguished personalities too numerous to mention at the ESPA empowerment programme tagged, “Hygiene Compliance In A Turbulent Society.
The Hygiene lecture was well taken and of great impact to the students as gathered. The lecture was elaborately captured by the public speaker who doubled as ‘Media Personality Of The Year” as cheered and celebrated by the participants.
