Israeli airstrikes across Lebanon have killed 394 people, including 83 children and 42 women, according to Lebanese health authorities.
The attacks, which targeted residential areas and civilian facilities, also left more than 1,130 people injured. Rescue workers were among those killed while responding to the strikes.
Israel expanded its military campaign since Monday, following limited rocket fire by Hezbollah amid broader regional tensions linked to war launched by Israel and the U.S against Iran.
Authorities say the strikes have expanded into central Beirut, raising fears of a deeper escalation in the conflict with Hezbollah and heightening region tensions.
