An Aggrieved ex staff of Power Holding Company of Nigeria (PHCN) formerly called NEPA has given seven days ultimatum to heads of Nigerian National House of Assembly to respond to his letter of demands or else..

In a letter sent to 9News Nigeria and confirmed via a telephone conversation, Engr. Mohammed Ahmadu Bello has decried the house leaders contempt on his letters to them and to the Nigerian president, Muhammadu Buhari.

He said that following long years of the defunct NEPA/PHCN indebtedness to himself and over 40,000 individuals respectively who have been subjected to divergent denials and sufferings due to lack of financial resources, he had written an open letter to the Nigerian president, Muhammadu Buhari, the Senate President Ahmed Ibrahim Lawan and also to the Speaker of the Nigerian House of Representatives, Hon Femi Gbajabiamila thereby seeking attention to redress the indebtedness and pay himself and others.

But that in stead of getting requital response to the letter sent since 25th June 2020, he was totally ignored as if he had no right to demand for his right to be paid for services he diligently rendered to his country.

He however confirmed to 9News Nigeria over the phone that it was only the presidency that gave a pseudo response to his letter but no solution whatsoever was proffered hitherto.

He said that the abject contumacy by both the Senate President and House of Reps Speaker has aggravated his grievances and therefore he had no option than to issue this video and letter giving them 7 days ultimatum to either respond accordingly or face a natural curse from himself.

9News Nigeria is currently making effort to contact the leaders of the National House of Assembly in a way to get more information and confirm if the ex-PHCN staff, Engr. Mohammed Ahmadu Bello’s letter was delivered, and if actually it was ignored on purpose.

Original Letter By Engr. Mohammed Ahmadu Bello

CALL TO DO THE NEEDFUL WITHIN SEVEN DAYS!

As a citizen I have the right to demand for my right, I have the right to hear from my leaders whenever I call unto them.
How would a whole Presidency acknowledge my message and yet no single response from the house of Senate and house of representatives?

… Do you mean it is a robot that controls your social media accounts and other officials available channels to mail you?

Honestly speaking, this isn’t the Nigeria I dreamt of… I dreamt of a better Nigeria and not a Nigeria where the leader turns deaf ear to her citizens. How in a sane society would a poor citizen call on her leader to save his or her life and yet the leader wouldn’t respond? This is not the Nigeria I dream of.

@The President of the Nigerian Senate. Rh, Ahmed Ibrahim Lawal.

@The Speaker of the House of Representatives. Rh, Femi Gbajabiamila.

You both should please respond now to my message. A message I sent since 25th June 2020.
You must do the needful now.
You must see that Ex-PHCN Staff outstanding benefits are settled without any further delay.

Myself and my people (Ex-PHCN Staff) are dying and so you should without any further delay respond to my mail otherwise am giving you 7 days, (starting from 24th July 2020) to respond to my demand or else I will request that NATURE deduct my dues from the both of you.

Note. This is not a threat but a call to do the needful, a call to action, a call to be responsible, a call to duty and a call to save over 50,000 dying Ex-PHCN Staff souls…
Thank you!

Mohammed Bello (Ex-PHCN Staff)
