Nigerian lawyer, Afe Babalola, SAN, has taken significant step in his ongoing legal battle with Dele Farotimi as he initiated legal action to block online retail giants, including Amazon from selling Farotimi’s book.
According to reports, Babalola’s legal team has filed a lawsuit seeking to halt the sale of the book, citing concerns over the content and potential copy right infringement.
The lawsuit also aims to claim all royalties from the sales of the book.
