The National Women Leader of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Dr. Mrs Mary Idele Alile has congratulated Jarrett Tenebe on his appointment as the Party’s Acting Chairman in Edo State.
Mrs Alile in a statement described the appointment as well deserved in view of Tenebe’s leadership qualities which she said marked him out for the appointment.
“I extend my heartfelt congratulations on your well-deserved appointment as the Acting Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Edo State.
“Your dedication and leadership qualities have not gone unnoticed, and I am confident that your tenure will bring positive changes to the party.
The National Women Leader prayed that Tenebe’s commitment would inspire progress and unity within the APC, with a view to fostering a stronger political platform in Edo State.
“I am particularly delighted that the Barton of leadership has been passed to you at this material time of our political history, the task ahead is enormous but with purposeful leadership, shared vision and commitment to unity within our party, we will return Edo APC to winning ways”, Mrs Alile said.
She further said that a unified front within the party will be pivotal to strengthening its capacity to furge a common front for the progress and growth of the party and positioning same to become a force for positive change in the State.
He therefore charged the new Chairman to see himself as a beacon for the progress and collaboration within the ranks of the party.
While wishing him success in the new assignment as he takes on the significant role, the Women’s leader said, “Edo is ours to take come 2024 and it’s my hope that you will lead our party to a resounding victory in the coming gubernatorial election in the state.
