Imo state Attorney general has exposed the fact from his legal archive which states the actual position of the mismanagement of funds by former governor Rochas Okorocha.
He however insisted that “WE WILL MOVE TO CONTRACT AWARDS REPORT SOON”
9News reveals the truthful position of the honourable attorney which asserts that ” Nothing less than ₦100 billion Naira of Imo resources was removed through contracts and other means”~ C.O.C Akaoilsa.
The Imo State Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, Barrister C.O.C Akaolisa has disclosed that the state government only just started with property and land recoveries, and have not moved into fraudulent contracts awarded between 2011 to 2019.
According to Akaolisa, the state government have not moved into the ” quantum of fraudulent activities” of that era and regime.
He said, ” I am privy and I can tell Imo people that Okorocha removed from this state nothing less than ₦100 billion Naira of Imo resources through contracts and other means”.
According to Akaolisa, there are things that can be politically resolved, and there are things that cannot be politically resolved.
