Eight soldiers are currently missing, while three others were injured when Boko Haram members ambushed troops on the Damboa-Sabon Gari Road in Borno State on Monday.
A military source also told SaharaReporters that one Army gun truck was also taken away by the sect’s members.
According to sources, the injured soldiers have been moved to a medical facility in Biu for treatment.
