Amb Emmalex David made this statement yesterday, on Monday and said that Nigerians should not be in the dark while Mr President is away for his medical check-up. “No one is against his trip but the right thing has to be done;
Vice-president should have all it takes to run the affairs of the country while awaiting Mr President’s return back the first week of April,” he said.
He says: “Nigeria doesn’t belong to one man neither is it a personal business; the presidency should address a letter to the National Assembly authorising vice-president Yemi Osinbajo to take proper care of the nation while awaiting the arrival of Mr President from his medical check-up in London. The state of Insecurity In Nigeria is alarming and it needs urgent attention,” Amb Emmalex highlighted.
