BREAKING: At last,Body of Benchers approve NOUN Law Graduates to attend Law School

Respite has finally come to Law Faculty graduates of the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN) as the Body of Benchers has approved their admission into the Nigerian Law School from 2022.

In a crucial meeting held recently, the Body of Benchers gave the approval after many years of agitation from the graduates.

Restraining law Students from the faculty of law from attending Law Schools was because the National Open University of Nigerian – NOUN did not secure proper approval from authorities responsible for legal education but admitted thousands of student into the Law Faculty in distant learning Institution and graduated the students without proper supervisory role from authorities.

While the conditions and the level of admission into Law schools is not yet clear, today’s Body of Benchers decision is a major breakthrough for the National Open University of Nigerian – NOUN graduates whose hope is much clearer to become practicing lawyers.
