Audiomack has deleted all versions of the controversial “Ole” song and music video by social media personality Martins Vincent Otse, popularly known as VeryDarkMan, following a court order obtained by Prophet Jeremiah Omoto Fufeyin of Mercyland Deliverance Ministry, Warri, Delta State.Acting in compliance with the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) High Court’s interlocutory injunction (Suit No: FCT/CV/3340/2024), Audiomack Limited and Audiomack Africa removed the trending track after receiving formal notification from the Prophet’s legal counsel, Samuel Ihensekhien Jnr., Esq.The court, presided over by Justice A. Yesuf Shafa of the Nyanya division, had earlier granted a full status quo injunction restraining VeryDarkMan from publishing or circulating any alleged defamatory content against Prophet Fufeyin on social media platforms, including Facebook and YouTube. All preliminary objections filed by VeryDarkMan were dismissed, with the court ruling in favour of Prophet Fufeyin on all three issues raised. The matter is set to resume on October 27, 2025, for continuation of hearing.
