Report reaching 9news Nigeria has it that President Muhammad Buhari has appointed AIG Adamu Lafia to replace Idris Ibrahim as the new general of Police.
According to a veteran journalist, Dele Momodu, the new IGP is from Nasarawa state.
9news Nigeria gathered that the new appointment was necessary because the tenure of Idris Ibrahim ended this month.
