Detectives in Nairobi have reportedly launched an investigation into the d£ath of a Catholic Priest who died hours after checking into a lodging with his girlfriend.
The deceased has been identified as Joseph Kariuki Wanjiku, a 43-year-old priest from St. Peters Ruai. He checked into Monalisa Hotel Delview in Gatanga on Friday, July 8, 2023, alongside a 32-year-old female.
A police report revealed that the priest suddenly experienced dizziness, prompting the lady to contact the hotel management for assistance. He was rushed to Kenol Hospital in Murang’a in his vehicle, but was pronounced d£ad upon arrival at the hospital.
The sudden demise has raised suspicions, leading authorities to launch an investigation into the circumstances surrounding his d£ath.
