Speaking on the judgment, the committee chairman and the Nyeche-Ali of Igwuruta preaches unity and love and they gave the verdict that the former leader of Omuachi, Chief Collins Ebom to step aside for Chief Innocent Chima wali to take over the leadership of Omuachi, as the new Ochi-Obiri of Omuachi community of igwuruta.
Speaking with our Correspondent, the Spokesman and community leader of Omuachi, Hon Joel Wigwe, expressed satisfaction over today’s verdict and said it’s a new dawn for the people of Omuachi because the person elected by today’s judgment will take the community to a higher level, who also said a better leadership is by a good example, and wish the present and new leader will learn and do better from the previous one.
Chief Innocent Chima wali, the Newly endorsed Ochi-Obiri of Omuachi said he’s over ready to give his best to his community, he’s willing to correct all the wrongs of the previous leadership, and that beginning from today, the people of Omuachi will experience a positive chairman.
The CDC chairman and the youth coordinator, Hon Henry Obata, said this verdict has served as a good lesson to other traditional rulers in igwuruta, that leadership is all about serving the people rightful, not personal interest, he’s please with the verdict of the Nyeche-Ali of Igwuruta “He added”
