Captain Ezekiel Bala Agaba, a former Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA) Executive Director (ED) has been handed a 7 year jail sentence after being found guilty of fraud by a Federal High Court in Lagos.
Agaba reportedly looted N1.5 billion from NIMASA while in charge of Maritime, Safety and Shipping.
