Dear Sir,
I am writing to express my heartfelt thanks for the offer to serve as Special Adviser, conveyed to me by the Secretary to the State Government.
After careful thought and due to personal commitments and other reasons, I regret to decline this appointment.
I am honored to have been considered for this role and appreciate the trust you have placed in me.
I wish you and your government all the best.
Thank you again for the offer.
