There is currently heavy tension at Polling Unit located at Wilson Avenue, balogun bustop, Okowa, Lagos State after thugs invaded the area with dangerous weapons.
According to 9news Nigeria correspondent covering the event, the thugs came with bottles, broke ballot boxes and threw the papers into the gutters.
As at the time of writing this report, youths of the area gave the thugs hot chase and apprehended some of them.
They also removed the ballot boxes from the gutter.
