The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, has finally declared Emeka Ihedioha of People’s Democratic Party the winner of IMO State Governorship Election.
9news Nigeria reports that Ihedioha polled 273,404 while Okorocha’s In-law, Uche Nwosu of AA polled 190,364 while APGA polled 114,676.
