The Katsina State Police have reportedly discovered another torture centre believed to be a reformation place for children with character deformation.
The centre is said to be in Daura, hometown of President Muhammadu Buhari.
According to TVC reports the Police raided the centre, which is said to contain more than 300 inmates packed in a small mud house, on Monday following a riot by the inmates over excessive abuses.
The reformation centre is being operated by one Malam Bello in Daura town and is said to have been in existence for decades.
