The Keke Napep riders are currently not happy after Okorocha banned them from making a living through their Keke. Many of the tricycles were seized and the owners are not happy because taking a man’s only means of livelihood can be akin to killing the man equally.
The poor masses here by beg the current Commissioner of Happiness to step in and make them happy if not, she should peacefully resign.
