The Governorship Candidate of Labour Party in Abia State, Chief Alex Otti has won the Governorship Election in the state, 9news Nigeria can authoritatively confirm.
Although not yet announced officially, 9news Nigeria has confirmed from INEC source in the collation centre that Otti defeated his closest rival, Mr Okey Ahiwe, the Peoples Democratic Party Governorship Candidate to emerge winner.
