In October last year, Apostle Dr. Johnson Suleman, the Founder/ General Overseer of Omega Fire Ministries was attacked by unknown gunmen alongside his family and team members on their way to Auchi, the Church headquarters.
The incident occurred along Benin- Auchi Expressway and some police officers and team members were killed as bullets were released at his bulletproof Jeep. The Apostle narrowly escaped the assassination attempt, and none of his family members sustained any injury.
Information reaching 9News Nigeria South-South correspondent says that the Nigeria Police Force has apprehended one of the assassins hired to kill Apostle Dr Johnson Suleman.
Nigeria Police paraded the suspect and he made a confessional statement that they were hired to assassinate Apostle Johnson Suleman.
