The Peoples Democratic Party ( PDP) and Labour Party( LP) have asked Professor Mahmood Yakubu to resign as the chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
The parties also demanded that the Presidential election be conducted afresh.
They are holding a joint world press conference as the time of filing this report.
