The Nigerian police have declared one Ehijie Abharam wanted in Delta State over alleged homosexuality and murder.
In a statement made available to journalists by Inspector Dauda Audu, the Police said Mr Ehijie was caught with his partner (male) in his room performing homosexuality.
The statement added that Mr Ehijie was rescued by the Police while his partner was beaten to death.
According to the statement, “This person name has been published in some of the major newspapers and it is requested to you to give information about this person to prevent further crime in the society”.
The statement reads below,
“Today being the 6/25/2014 12 noon upon an information from a good Samaritan that one Ehijie Abharam (M) who hails from Delta State and born on the 4th of Nov 1994 was caught with his male partner name unknown in his room performing homosexuality.
” Team of operatives led by ASP Patrick swung into action, went to the scene of the crime and discovered the Gay partner of Ehijie Abraham was already beaten to death by street boys, as it is a death sentence on Nigeria while Ehijie Abraham was also beaten to stupor and rescued by the Police before he pretended and absconded to an unknown destination but was later declared wanted by the Nigerian police since 6/25/214 hence the report – Action Case recorded and reported and referred for investigation.”
