Nigerian president, Muhammadu Buhari will be travelling to London in the United Kingdom for a routine medical check-up, 9News Nigeria has learnt hours ago.
The presidency @NGRPresident had on Tuesday morning tweeted: “President @MBuhari proceeds to London, the United Kingdom, Tuesday, March 30, 2021, for a routine medical check-up.”
The news was also broken by the Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Mr. Femi Adeshina who made the announcement early Tuesday morning on his social media timeline.
According to Femi Adesina, the President will first of all on the morning of Tuesday meet with Security Chiefs, after which he will embark on the journey to London.
Mr Adesina further stated that the President will be due to come back to the country during the second week of April 2021 which will be likely between 8th to 14th April 2021.
