Suspected internet fraudster , Ismaila Mustapha, alias Mompha , has arrived the Federal High Court in Lagos for his scheduled arraignment by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission .
The EFCC charged him with 14 counts bordering on cyber fraud and money laundering .
