Over 30 Shops in the early hours of Friday morning were razed by fire in Mbanagu Otolo Nnewi, Opposite St Thomas anglican church, Nnewi,Anambra State.
It is dishaterning to know that goods Worth millions were burnt to ashes, puting a dent on the Nigeria’s economy.
Recounting their ordeal one of the shop Owner’s says, indeed this is terrible moment for us and it seems God has forsaken us, Where to go from here is what I don’t know because my life is completely messed up by this sad incident.
9News Nigeria Recalls that,Goods and properties estimated to be worth millions of Naira were said to have been destroyed last week by fire at Afor Nnobi Market in Idemili South Local Government Area of the same State.
The actual cause of the fire was yet to be ascertained,while others suspected a power surge, others believed otherwise.
It was gathered that no life was lost in the inferno as at the time of filling this report, while calling on the government to come the people’s aid.
