An erstwhile Senator of the federal republic of Nigeria, representing the Benue North -West Senatorial District, Senator Emmanuel Yisa Orker Jev’s brother has been fingered in the death of Comr.Desmond Ikyume,aide to Senator Orker Jev.
In a viral video circulating online;the late Desmond Ikyume was seen appealing to the public not to insult the senator on his behalf as him and the senator still shares a cordial relationship.
Although Desmond complained bitterly about the Senator’s brother for being responsible for his current predicament of constant chest pains.”On a faithful day Sen.Orker Jev visited home Buruku,he came back and was relaxing in Makurdi where I had gone to greet him and in the process his brother, Abraham Jev also came there,on reaching there I greeted Abraham and the next thing he said that I use to insult him and he was going to deal with me, before I could say anything;he hit me on my chest, which I am sure it was a spiritual blow.Since then I have been series of pains on my chest.Although the senator treating me, please do not abuse my principal he stated!
9News Nigeria gathered that,Comr.Desmond Ikyume Passed on yesterday at the Benue State University Teaching Hospital (BSUTH) Makurdi on Saturday 17th August,2024.
There are wide speculations from the video and on Benue Social Media that the special blow could have killed Desmond as he was seen vomiting blood.
As at the time of filling this report;the Jev’s family were yet to speak on the Aligation neither did the former Senator.
