The Governor of Central Bank CBN, Godwin Emefiele has been described as a wicked and sadistic person.

The Founder of Peak News Nigeria, Human Rights Activist, Comrade FCA Olatunji Babatunde, disclosed in a Facebook post.

The Media Publisher said: At this point, Anyone found Rejecting the old naira notes should be arrested immediately and prosecuted for a jail term. He posted.

Babatunde was reacting through his official Facebook handle on Tuesday morning as the CBN finally bowed to pressure and okayed the acceptance of old N200, N500, and N1000 ten days after the Supreme Court’s ruling.

9News Nigeria had reported that the CBN on Monday approved old naira notes as legal tender till December 31 in obedience to the Supreme Court March 3 ruling.
