The Rivers State Command of Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps – NSCDC has uncovered an illegal refinery under construction to boost the already existed high rate of bunkery in the State.
The site which is a forest in Umuechem in Etche Local Government Area, Rivers State was uncovered by the Corps by the weekend after a tip by a concern Nigerian.
owner and accomplices of the illegal refinery are yet to be known
