It is a thing of jubiliation in Imo that NEKEDE IN appeared in THE
NATIONAL NEWS TODAY having been enlisted as one of the benefactors of the recent approval of private universities in Nigeria.
9News Nigeria has it that among the twenty private Universities approved by Federal Executive Council today has the Claretian University of Nigeria, Nekede in the list.
May all the glory be to God alone. Nekede people say big congratulations to the NUC, the Provincial Superior of the Claretian Missionary, Nekede, Very Rev Fr Simeon Nwaobi Cmf and our good friend the Parish Priest of St. Paul’s Catholic Church, Umualum, Nekede, Rev Fr Wence Isidienu Cmf for making it possible in our time.
Recall that Federal Polytechnic is in Nekede, Police training college is located in Nekede and Claretian university is located at number 9 bus stop Old road Nekede owerri Imo state.
