Ex-Immigration CG, Parradang found death in Hotel room after female visitor’s departure and NOT killed by Kidnappers – FCT Police reveals.

The death of retired Comptroller-General of the the Nigerian Immigration Service (NIS), David Shikfu Parradang, has been shrouded in controversy, with the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, Police Command debunking earlier reports of his Kidnapping and murder.

According to a statement by the FCT Police Command, Parradang checked into a Hotel in Abuja on Monday March 3, 2025, where he was later found dead in his room.

The police stated that he had directed the hotel room attendant to escort a female guest to his room, who left the hotel premises around 4:00pm.

The police Investigation revealed that Parradang did not exit his room after the lady left, only for his body to be discovered by a concerned military officer friend around 4:00am on Tuesday.

The statement added that the police are currently cooperating with the staff and are making drastic efforts to arrest the lady who visited Parradang room.
