A federal High Court, FHC, in Abuja on Thursday gave order proscribing the Lakurawa sect and other similar groups in any part of Nigeria, especially Northwest and Northcentral.
In a ruling on the ex-parte originating summons filed by the Attorney-General of the Federation (AGF) and Minister of Justice, Lateef Fagbemi, SAN, the Federal High Court Judge, Justice James Omotosho, also declared the group as a terror organisation.
