On Thursday, the Federal High Court sitting in Abuja ordered the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to issue a Certificate of Return to Senator Benjamin Uwajumogu.
With this development, the Court hereby recognizes the distinguished Senator Benjamin Uwajumogu as the duly elected Senator representing Imo North at the National Assembly.
Uwajumogu was the candidate of the All Progressives Congress party (APC)
