Former Speaker, Plateau State House Of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Nuhu Abok Ayuba has been reinstated as the the Speaker, Plateau State House Of Assembly by Justice M L Musa of Plateau State High Court on Monday, 3rd April 2023.
It will recalled that Ayuba was impeached by the House in October 2021, However, in its judgement the Court upheld the submissions of the complaints that the impeachment was illegal and therefore null, void and of no effect.
