A yet-to-be identified police officer, reportedly under the influence of alcohol, has shots and killed a young man in Angwan-Kaje area of Maitumbi, Chanchaga local government area of Niger State.
It was gathered that the victim identified as Sani, was unarmed and posed no treat when the officer opened fire on him.
