World health Organisation African director has cleared doubts on the availability of Ebola vaccines which was earlier scheduled to be delivered to Congo. The organization plans to deploy about 4,000 doses of Ebola vaccines to Congo Republic as soon as possible.
Ebola has recently resurfaced in Africa affecting countries like Congo Republic, while other countries are having ears and eyes open in watch against the transmission of the dreaded disease to their territories.
According to the WHO African director, Matshidiso Moeti, facilities and materials of the vaccination are ready for deployment.
“The start date of the vaccinations will depend on this deployment.” He said.
